These decals are die-cut, meaning there is no background. What you put it on will be your background. The decals are computer cut, transfer tape is applied and detailed application instructions are included. Quantity discounts & ALWAYS FAST & FREE shipping.
IMPORTANT: These are not designed, nor are they sized to work as "cover-ups" for existing graphics. These are for folks whose bike has damaged graphics (must be removed completely and the surface spotlessly cleaned) or folks who have stripped and repainted/re-powder coated their frame. Cover-ups require a level of precision that we can only accomplish with the bike here in our shop so we can precisely measure the original lettering and graphics, *literally* to within .005" (5/1000th) of an inch.
The decals are computer cut, transfer tape is applied and they are easy to scissor-cut, shape and size-to-fit areas on your particular helmet. Detailed application instructions are included.Click on the video to watch my husband, grubby hands and all (we're just avg blue collar people) show how to properly peel and apply a decal.
*****NOTE: Metallic & Mirror colors are more difficult to peel & apply than standard vinyl, but you'll do just fine as long as you watch the video, read, understand and FOLLOW the included instructions to the letter and use the correct techniques shown in the video.

*****Have a critical dimension and need an exact size? No problem! Just ask!
*****Want it bigger, such as a windshield banner? Just ask! I do custom work & custom listings ALL the time for folks.
***** The price jump in most listings between the 8" and 9" decal size is because we're going from a $0.69 shipping cost for "eBay Standard Envelope" in a paper envelope w/limited tracking, to a $4-$5 shipping cost for "USPS Ground Advantage" with a rigid cardboard envelope, FULL tracking & generally more reliable service.

***** Decals longer than 13" are put on a cardboard roll and boxed for safe travels through the USPS system.
***** I do not control the USPS. Once I make, package, label and ship your item, I have no more control over it than I do the weather. That not only goes for when it's delivered, but also how it's treated while in the USPS system. I mark all decal packaging "DECALS. Pls. Do Not Bend".

***** Avoid those "2.99" sellers like the plague. You're getting a low quality, "home-brew" printed "sticker" (rather than a die cut DECAL) shipped with a stamp, no tracking and no recourse when it doesn't show up. If it does show up, it will be blurry and won't even survive the first couple of car washes and rain storms. There's a reason those sellers have such poor feedback scores.
